Drinking Water Online Update

Sidebar Image

All Q2-2018 Drinking Water data has been uploaded to the Drinking Water On-Line database. This quarter saw 17 separate uploads for our council customers with a combined total of 21,853 results which is a huge number of tests for just one quarter. That’s almost 250 results per day!

All council customers should now have their own log-ins and can run compliance reports using the data that has been uploaded. If you still need access to the new database please email: support@drinkingwateronline.nz and request your login.

Please remember that not all of your supplies have been transferred by the Ministry of Health into the new database. Any drinking water zone that is flagged as “Self-Supply” has been left out and we therefore cannot upload these results. Self-supply zones are typically marae, schools, campsites as well as any supplies with a population below 25.

WINZ, which has been totally replaced by DWOL, did hold data for the smaller self-supply zones so this is a major difference between the two databases.

We offer sampling and testing services relating to drinking water quality compliance - please contact us if you would like more information on either of these services!
