We believe in putting the customer first and offering a superior flexible service. It is important for us to understand our customers’ requirements and to deliver on our promise. It is for this reason we have created a customer service program that is unique to all customers. It offers all our customers the opportunity to submit samples quickly, be kept informed of their progress and produce final reports.

Depending on your location we can provide a free of charge collection service so that your samples arrive at the laboratory in a timely manner.
Our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) offers several reporting styles to help meet the various needs of our clients. The reports can be sent out as hardcopy reports by emailed PDF, and/or by post. They can also be reproduced in any official language.
As well as this, previous reports and invoices can be found on-line through your secure portal access.
Dedicated ASM or Customer Service Managers
Every account that we have is assigned an ASM or Customer Service Manager. They are well trained and knowledgeable and are the first point of contact between you the customer and the laboratory. They are there to focus on all your requirements from general queries, quotation to final reports.
Pre-Registration and Consumables
Our online secure customer portal system allows customers to pre-register their samples prior to them arriving at the laboratory, which speeds up the process and reduces turnaround time on results. Final results can be viewed, downloaded into Excel or printed off as required. The consumables that are used by our customers can also be ordered directly online.
