Eurofins is now accredited for Cloth Swab Sampling for E. coli Top 7 STEC Testing 

We’re pleased to announce that Eurofins in New Zealand has updated its IANZ accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025) for Cloth Swab Sampling for E. coli Top 7 STEC testing. This is a major step forward in supporting the meat industry with sample efficiency, and reflects our ongoing dedication to innovation, quality, and industry leadership in microbiological testing.

The testing methodology for Cloth Swab Sampling offers the same high standard of compliance testing as traditional methods for the National Microbiological Database (NMD), but with superior sample recovery across larger carcass areas.  It is also the preferred technique for the US FSIS.

With Eurofins’ ISO 17025 accreditation, meat processors can trust that testing methods are scientifically validated and that results meet regulatory and export standards.
