2017 Customer Survey Follow-Up
Late last year Eurofins-ELS ran a survey, seeking feedback from all our valuable customers. Thank you to everyone who filled in the form to let us know how we are doing. It was great to receive such a positive response but we also value your feedback on areas where we can improve.
We have listened and have made some significant changes to our Wellington and Christchurch business structures based around communication.
We are excited to announce that we have created four new Analytical Service Mangers (ASM) roles who will be focussed on communicating with and supporting your needs as our customer. Our ASMs will be your primary contact and they have been training how to answer your technical and general enquiries, including discussing your testing needs, providing quotations, reissuing reports or invoices, arranging urgent testing requests, investigating any issues or concerns, or changing your setups such as email addresses.

Other Improvements
As well as employing new customer focussed specialist we are also replacing our Wellington phone system during April. This will replace an aging PABX with a new VOIP solution that will make contacting us easier than ever.
We have also committed to employing additional staff in the bottle dispatch and logistics teams where you told us we have struggled due to the huge increase in samples.
We hope that this focus on increasing the support for all our customers and making that support more accessible will improve our service for all our customers.
