2017 Water Conference in Hamilton
The 2017 water conference in Hamilton drew a large group of people from within the water and waste industry. The conference seemed to be attended by more people than in recent years with plenty of interesting papers presented.
The trade area was busier than ever and Eurofins was the only laboratory stand at the show. Sharon van Soest, Sunita Raju and Rob Deacon were present at the stand and we received a huge number of visits. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of existing customers who visited our stand to say how well we were doing and also by the number of new enquiries we received.
All three of the team were kept very busy with the many enquiries and requests for a ‘lab certified’ freebie which for this conference was a very tasty fruit smoothie.
We also gave away many hundreds of our Eurofins branded Fidget Spinners which proved a hit with everyone who visited the stand. It was fun watching the many conference delegates walking around subconsciously spinning away.
It was a great few days that we enjoyed very much. It wasn’t always work, catching up with colleagues and customers is never work, but we also found time for some fun as Sunita shows in this picture.
