Christmas Calendar 2018
Over Christmas we will be open for office hours during the normal working days and on reduced hours during the stat days. Our sampling team will be on the road every day collecting samples of water and waste to ensure we all stay safe.
Courier deliveries take longer the closer Christmas gets, so if you are couriering samples to us during the festive season, please plan your sampling runs to start a bit later. Also make sure that the couriers are working the following day. If not, your samples may take longer to arrive, or sit in a depot for a few days before we receive them. This may lead to your samples needing to be collected again, and we don’t want that to happen.
Couriers are very busy leading up to Christmas so please plan your sample runs and remember to pack plenty of icepacks around the samples to ensure they stay cool during extra-long delivery times.
