Welcome to 2017!

Eurofins-ELS has enjoyed an amazing year that saw a huge increase in new customers as well as sample volumes. Welcome and Happy New Year to all our new customers, I am sure you will enjoy working with us as much as we enjoy you joining us.

2016 was a very active year across all aspects of our laboratory service:

We expanded our organic chemistry offer with the addition of new GCMS triple quad and LCMS triple quad instruments and further purchases are planned for 2017. The tests these instruments perform include VOC, SVOC, pesticides, herbicides, and a large number of new organic tests that we are offering in food and water.

We added a third ICP-MS to our metals testing fleet to meet the growing needs of this area and to perform a range of heavy metal tests in food – more on this soon.

We opened satellite laboratories in Christchurch and Auckland in order to offer our great services to these regions. Many of our customers in the lower North Island enjoy the benefits of having a local sampling team available along with a one-stop sampling and analysis service, which we are now able to offer in the Canterbury and Auckland regions.

2017 will see us continue to improve and expand our offering based on requests from our wonderful and diverse customer base, as well as in response to changes in regulatory requirements and trends that we are observing in the various sectors that we are involved with.

We will also be trying to get out of the laboratory when we can to attend a number of select conferences and we hope to touch base with as many of you as possible throughout the year - we very much appreciate and value the feedback that we receive from you all, so if you have any comments or suggestions on how we can help you to achieve your goals through our service, please do get in touch.
